A new 79,000 sqft medical clinic located in downtown Grand Rapids, with a 2 story, below ground, 400 space parking ramp.  The extremely tight job site required extraordinary coordination between contractors.  Some unique features of the project included:

• over 480 lineal feet of 23’ to 33’ tall cast in place walls with one sided formwork
• over 500 lineal feet of 26’ to 38’ tall cast in place, conventionally formed walls
• colored concrete planter walls
